An Architecture that values the possibilities of the spaces convinced that the most valuable thing in the buildings are not their construction elements but fist of all the spaces defined by them: rich spaces where the light plays the main role, with multiple uses, adaptable, maximizing the perception of amplitude, including the spaces on the outside as ampliation of the inside, creating the maximum richness of visual relations, within the private interior spaces as well as in the common areas or between the inside to the outside.

Initia conceives the construction process as a transformation of a very important amount of resources that will determine during a long time the energy consumption in the utilization of the constructed. That is why we study all the possibilities in order to minimize the environmental impact of our activity in all stages of the life-cycle of our products: from construction, though the stage of utilization until the end of the lifetime, evaluating all the possibilities of energy saving, recycling, durability and innocuous character of the materials used, etc.
